   And yes, I finally bought decent knives after the old thing I had for years came apart in the middle of a cabbage shredding mission. Red cabbage. There was blood all over the place. Kidding. No blood.

   Now I know the origins of the word “risible..” Funny – KNOW the word for laugh, and yet never connected the two until you said that…

   Love the idea of knives, I have a few favourites and always on the lookout for new ones. (And other kitchen utensils, I’m a sucker for them all…)
