Oh how I wish we could sit down, face to face, and have a drink... a toast to life, its mid-mid- and all other crisisses in between that help make our trip on Earth so exciting! What I'm going through these days is simply -- though it takes a lot of work -- becoming who I was when I started out in this life. The cliché "full circle" is actually happening and I'm realizing where I became untrue to myself. For the past month, I've been figuring out how to fix that and getting used to living according to my true self. So it's mostly getting rid of old patterns and discovering the real me. Fun!!! As to how I pulled through it, there's no magic recipe. It took me all these years to finally understand that I have to be who I am and stop trying to please everyone around me. Stop being so critical, such a perfectionist, so hard on myself. I too started on a vision board many months ago, and couldn't get into it. The thing is that I'm also a very visual person, but that everything I desire is very clear in my mind - transferring that to paper was proving very difficult (magazines weren't doing it for me!).
